We normally handle your order within 24 hours after your purchase. We can deliver to many destinations but the delivery times on the website are estimates. We do our best to meet them. For sales to customers within EU all prices are included 25% Swedish VAT. Sales to persons residing outside EU we do not charge VAT. However local VAT or customs may be charged by your country and needs to be paid if applicable.
Scandinavia We ship free of charge for purchases over 3.000 SEK , otherwise we charge 99 SEK. This applies Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. The return fee is 75 SEK, if you exchange the size we won't charge you anything.

Leather and fur are natural material that are unique in character and texture. Slight variations and irregularities may occur and are part of its beauty, making each pair more personal.
INDOOR: If the slippers have suede soles - they are designed for indoor use, be kind to the soles.
OUTDOOR: If the slippers have rubber soles - they can be used for both indoor and outdoor.
Use with care and avoid contact with water or prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight. They might fade in color if exposed too long in the sun.
Leather and suede that is dyed in a dark color, shouldn’t be rubbed against very light colors. It might color if rubbing. Please be careful when walking on light garment or storing with light garments.
For all slippers - To remove light stains, gently wipe the slipper with a damp cloth.

For the GRAIN LEATHER slippers
To care for your leather slippers, treat them with a protective balm / balsam or leather spray before use. To remove light stains, gently wipe the slipper with a damp cloth.
For the NUBUCK slippers
To care for your Nubuck leather slippers, treat them with a nubuck spray before use. To remove light stains, first try to lightly brush off with a rubber brush (specific suede /nubuck brush). If more removal is needed, gently wipe the slipper with a damp cloth.
For the SHEARLING FUR slippers
The shearling fur is a hair which means it can be washed with a bit of water. To remove light stains, gently wipe with a damp cloth. If necessary, a mild soap or shampoo may be used.
For the "PONY" Cow hair slippers
To care a bit extra for your slippers, treat them with a protective spray specially for fur surfaces before use. To remove light stains, gently wipe the slipper with a damp cloth. If necessary, a mild soap may be used.
If you want to store, bring you slippers when travel or leaving the house, store your slipper in the grey KASTI dust bag, received in the box when purchased.
