We normally handle your order withing 24 hours after your purchase We can deliver to many destinations but the delivery times on the website are estimates. We do our best to meet them.  All prices are included 25%  Swedish VAT. Local VAT or customs may be charged by your country and needs to be paid if applicable.

Scandinavia We ship free of charge within in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. The return fee is 75 SEK, if you exchange the size we won't charge you anything.

International – EUWe ship for free all over Europe, if not in EU local tax and other duties may be charged on the total and delivery.

International - USA, Canada & Europe (outside EU)We ship to USA, Canada & Europe (outside EU). For these countries local tax and other duties may be charged upon the total order and delivery.

Order processing:

  • All our orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving your order. We ship Monday to Friday.
  • After we receive your order you will receive an email with an order confirmation.
  • By the time of shipping, you will receive a shipping notification, where you also find info on how to track your order.
  • You will get notified via email or text when shipping is ready for collection or when it will be delivered to you by person. Make sure to enter you phone number to ensure  text notification
  • If you don’t collect your package within 14 days it will be send back to us. Please note that this delivery cost will be charged to you and deducted from the refund.
  • Deliveries are made via the postal service or DHL to you personally or to your nearest service point.


When purchasing at you have the right to change your mind and return to item within 14 days. The 14 days starts from the date when you pick up your package from the shipping provider. You can read more under delivery info. We will within 30 days after receiving the shipment pay you back the amount, either throught us directly, Paypal or Klarna.

You have according the Swedish law 36 months complaint right the product if something is wrong. If this is the case, simply do as the steps below and you will either get new slippers or we will give you a store credit. To read more andoy our shipping policies .

KASTI Studios is not responsible for any damage in the return shipment, therefore, send you return well packaged. Any unclaimed packages will also be charged for.

When returning the goods, they must be packed in the original packaging or similar when sent back.

If you wish to RETURN; send us a email at tailoring following;

  • Reason for return / exchange / claim
  • Your full name
  • Order number

We will send you a return form that you simply attach to your package. With this email all practical return instructions will be stated.

If you exchange size or style its free of charge. If you wish to return you products, we will have to charge 75 sek within Sweden and 150 sek internationally. This amount will be deducted from your total amount to be refunded.
