We normally handle your order within 24 hours after your purchase. We can deliver to many destinations but the delivery times on the website are estimates. We do our best to meet them. For sales to customers within EU all prices are included 25% Swedish VAT. Sales to persons residing outside EU we do not charge VAT. However local VAT or customs may be charged by your country and needs to be paid if applicable.
Scandinavia We ship free of charge for purchases over 3.000 SEK , otherwise we charge 99 SEK. This applies Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. The return fee is 75 SEK, if you exchange the size we won't charge you anything.

CARE
A little care goes a long way. Looking after your slippers will help preserve their appearance, feel and character over time.
Leather, suede and fur are natural materials, and each pair will vary slightly in colour, texture and finish. These variations are part of their character and make every pair unique.
INDOOR & OUTDOOR USE
Slippers with suede soles are designed for indoor use.
Slippers with rubber soles can be worn both indoors and outdoors.
Whichever style you choose, use them with care. Avoid unnecessary contact with water and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight, as this may affect the colour over time.
Dark leather and suede may transfer colour when rubbed against very light fabrics or surfaces. Take particular care when wearing or storing them alongside light-coloured garments.
For light surface marks, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth.
MATERIAL CARE;

Before first use, we recommend treating the leather with a suitable protective balm or leather spray.

NUBUCK
Protect nubuck with a suitable nubuck spray before first use.
For light marks, gently brush the surface with a suede or nubuck brush. If needed, follow with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
SHEARLING
Shearling is a natural material and can be gently spot-cleaned when necessary.
For light marks, use a soft, damp cloth. A small amount of mild soap or gentle shampoo can be used if needed. Avoid soaking the material.
COW HAIR
To help protect the surface, we recommend using a spray suitable for hair-on-hide or fur materials before first use.
For light marks, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth. If needed, use a small amount of mild soap.
STORAGE
When travelling or storing your slippers, keep them in the grey Kasti dust bag included with your purchase.
This helps protect them from dust, friction and unnecessary wear between uses.
